Now your respondents can Save & Resume

Our Save & Resume facility was developed for research teams who need to create indepth, wide-ranging surveys, with complex conditional routing features. They wanted respondents to answer the survey as their time allowed, and not to rush a response in order to get to the Submit button.

Save & Resume also fits the bill for those who are seeking a tool that makes it easy to create self-reporting mechanisms for triallists involved in research programmes. When the respondent saves his or her answers, they are asked to give a password of their own choosing, and to note down a special code. Later, when they access the survey again, they enter their password and code, and all their previous answers are reinstated. Save & Resume means you can build long surveys (up to 1000 questions) without your respondents getting impatient or frustrated, in which case their responses may become invalid. However, with judicious use of our advanced skip logic and conditional routing, your surveys are unlikely to be too daunting for respondents. And your research will be more valid.
